Any false or misleading information may result in suspension of access to the service.

4. Relationship With Partner Lenders

Partner lenders are independent companies.

AlterCredit:

  • does not control their fees, interest rates, timelines, or internal policies;
  • is not responsible for any agreement you may enter into with them.

Before accepting a loan offer, it is your responsibility to carefully review:

  • repayment terms;
  • associated fees;
  • renewal conditions;
  • consequences of late or missed payments.

5. No Financial Advice

Information presented on the Site should not be considered:

  • financial advice;
  • legal advice;
  • tax advice;
  • or professional recommendations.

Any financial decision should be made based on your own judgment or with the assistance of a qualified professional.
